Bruh they act like they aren’t literally moving in beside each other😭 It’s not like the dogs are forever stuck in one house, they’re going to be seeing each other on a daily basis and can visit the dogs anytime since Naz and Biggy’s whole point was that they love the dogs and want to spend time with them. It’s evident that Sockie is the main caretaker and gives the dogs proper care and attention. It’s honestly a no brainer.

I dont even know why there is a debate about the dog situation. Sockie has literally been putting 100% into the dogs since day one. Yea she may be reluctant to let the others help but she has shown that she is responsible. It would have been a different story if she just didnt want to keep both dogs so I think they should stay with Sockie and Naz obviously has her guinea pigs. If they want a dog that bad Im sure they could get one for the family house.🤷♀️

the fact that naz said “boohoo” to sockie is really messed up, especially when she was crying.
and i personally think sockie deserves the dogs, the point she made about “if there were so many different distractions in bondi, they wouldn’t choose to walk the dogs” is a really good point, sockie probably wakes up and thinks about the dogs, while the others probably think about what they are gonna eat or smth.
and besides, if the family wants to see the dogs, they can literally just go next door.

I've been following the Norris Nuts since 2019, and I think the recent debate within the family stems from their dynamic as RUclipsrs. Their older videos primarily feature challenges, examples such as “Last to leave the bedroom gets 1000 dollars”, where the winner receives a prize. I believe that Naz is applying this same concept to the current situation, thinking that if she wins, she should get the dogs as her prize. However, it's important to recognize that dogs aren't objects but they are living beings with needs and responsibilities. Naz, being 13, cannot grasp the responsibilities involved in caring for a dog. It is obvious that she loves the dogs and has formed an emotional bond with them (just like the rest of the family) but she may not understand the long-term commitment that is required for another life. Sockie has dedicated a nice chunk of her life to the dogs, making sure that they are fed, bathed and played with and ,although the whole family cares deeply for the dogs, it’s within the best interest for everyone the dogs well being and I believe the dogs would be safer and well cared for living with sockie and Sabre. What I do believe in is that the parents should have it clear from the beginning, explaining why Sockie should get the dogs, given her involvement in their care. What is really sad is how the internet criticizes Naz harshly… she's still a teenager learning to navigate and control her emotions. I’m sure most of us weren’t capable, at that age, of putting others best interest before ours..

I 100% agree and couldn't have said it better. If I were them (and I'm sure they can't as RUclips is their primary form of income) I would take a break from the videos and live a normal life, in order to break out of the cycle of challenges and public insight managing their lives. Even just for 6 months. I also agree that Naz is very young, and although she seems grown up, she is still growing and learning to become her future self, so it is not indicative of her character. Although, I'm sure that many people watching are between 10 and 15 years old (I'm not even that much older at 18 honestly) and also may struggle to understand this. I hope that she can accept and prioritise the dogs' needs over her own.

Sockie crying immediately made my heart sank.. While she was crying, Naz had the Audacity to laugh at Sockie when she didn’t know what to say..! And when Sockie calmed down she started apologizing to everyone even though Naz should’ve been the person to say sorry! Sockie should definitely have the dogs! She is so dedicated to looking after them, she takes them for walks, washes them, feeds them, picks up after them and overall looks after them more! Naz should feel ashamed how she treated Sockie! Sockie is so sweet and didn’t deserve that. Bless her, Keep smiling Sock!

this was heartbreaking. I get that they need content but I think that will permanently be etched in Sockie's memory. They should have just waited until all the furniture was in the new houses and a few nights settling in to see where the dogs chose to settle with. The fact that Nazzy was bratty about this and not sad, indicates it was about winning and not about the dogs or sockies feelings. She's becoming pretty entitled. I don't actually care what Sockie said to her, she likely deserved the smackdown.

DO NOT SEPARATE THE DOGS, as Sockie said a while back, Winky doesn't need Pluto but Pluto needs Winky, Sockie is the only one thinking of the dogs as well as herself, they should go with her. You are knocking down the fence, you will have to walk 30 steps (maximum) to see them, let them live in both houses, just sleep and eat etc in Sockie and Sabre's house, that way no-one will have to worry about if they have been fed or walked etc , because you know Sockie will do it, also, those dogs are practically a part of who Sockie is, you can't take them away from her.

I completely agree. All the other kids say they will take care of them but I don’t think they will (they are great kids still) sockie takes care of the dogs, trains, feeds, and walks them. I feel like Naz doesn't actually care for the dogs, she just likes the idea of having them. Sockie does EVERYTHING for them. Winky and Pluto wouldn't be as well mannered without Sockies' help + training. And if, Naz is so passionate about the dogs, I'd like to see her discuss them more in videos/pick up their poo!

There is a HUGE difference between wanting the dogs and caring for the dogs, sockie would give her world for the dogs to be happy, you are living next door to each other, knock the fence down in the garden, leave both back doors open during the day, let them both wonder around and then at night have a bed in both houses , let them pick what bed they want to sleep in each night, sockie looks after them really well! Honestly, i feel sockie should get the dogs, PERIODDD!! Naz is only having this argument coz she just doesn't want sockie to have the dogs plus shes saying she'll feed them and take care of them only to back up her case when she couldve been doin tht the whole time she has had the dogs with her. Im not tryna be mean or anything but sockie 100% deserves to own the dogs as she obviously takes care of them 24/7. It pains me to see that sockie started crying when you clearly saw that she really cares for the dogs also not realising how much hard work sockie puts into caring for the dogs.
You guys should get a connected fence and dog doors so they can choose where to be! Sockie and Sabre could have the actual dog stuff and keep them overnight, but the dogs could go back and forth as they please during the day. This could also help with how Pluto is attached to Brooke and stuff.

It's not just about the dogs relationship with the other Norris Nuts, it's also about the dogs well-being.
It's far more practical for the dogs to live with Sockie, since she will be taking care of them the most (grooming, bathing, walking etc.), while the others will only be able to spend some quality time with them.

solution: NAZ GETS THE ATTIC ROOM AND SOCKIE GETS THE DOGS! ITS THAT SIMPLE! Naz will grow out of the loft after awhile, shes 13! the attic room is great for naz to put her salon or other things she likes in there! disco will have fun and will enjoy the loft because all the space and the ladder and the bed, and everything that comes with it. NAZ GETS THE ATTIC ROOM, SOCKIE GETS THE DOGS. Naz just seems to like the idea of having dogs which is normal. Most people do too. But when it comes to the wellbeing of the dogs that's not quite enough, hugs and cuddles are not the only thing they need. Sockie has proved herself responsible taking good care of the dogs. She's basically spent more on the dogs than she has on herself. Almost every shopping videos or challenges, she'd get something for the dog which proves that she really cares for them. So I feel like she should definitely have the dogs. It's not like you guys aren't gonna see the dogs forever anyways, you can always bring them over to the main house and spend time with them since their house is literally next door.

Just because the dogs are family dogs doesn’t mean the family house should get them. Sockie has shown discipline and responsibility in how to actually own a dog. Naz just likes the idea of having a dog. Dogs need more than cuddles and kisses. Sockie feeds them, she walks them, she trains them, she even goes to dog competitions when Naz or biggy have never step foot in a dog competition area. I don’t understand how brooke and Justin are allowing this in person let alone in every video for fans to see?? It is not acceptable to call her weird and mock her hobbies and dress sense all the time !! She is a very kind and caring person and it’s so upsetting to see her constantly being horrible to her !! and the absolute cheek that biggie and Naz want to take the dogs off her too?? Even then, sockie would give her life for those dogs, naz would not take care of them, she just likes the idea of having them. Sockie is meant for those dogs. She has done everything for them. Hello Norris nuts I just want to say that sockie deserves the dogs no matter what she does everything and anything for them everything she deserves this I know that it's hard to just wake up one day not seeing the pet you raised and trained one day it's like loosing a child a friend and I've been there , and naz I understand where she is coming from its sad to see someone you know one day go to another place even if it's little 1 block away it's hard it's like a routine and all of y'all bond with the dogs and like you guys can't give winky to sockie and Pluto in yall house the dogs have a great bond together so I thank you for reading this but sockie deserves the dogs and the dogs deserve sockie ( this is just my opinion nothing serious I hope you guys understand )

I think Sockie should get the dogs 100%. Like mum even said Sockie takes care of the dogs 95% of the time and Naz should imagine if someone would take away her Guinea pigs, because the dogs were originally bought for Sockie bc they were her dream pet. And Sockie was strong enough to apologise and Naz didn't take it seriously!

I personally think Sockie and Sabre should take the dogs. Sockie takes care of them and takes pride in that, they got Pluto to be with Winky so they shouldnt be splitten up. Sockie 100% deserves the dogs. She has shown responsibility in actually caring for the dogs and cleaning up after them. She trains them, walks them, plays with them, and does exactly what a dog owner should do for their pets. Either way they’re moving next to each other and it’s not like the dogs are stuck in one house because the whole family can go into either house and care for the dogs.

As a dog trainer I can say that dogs work well with routine and structure which Sockie provides and dedicates her time to and I think its disrespectful for everyone to not appreciate that and not have the best interest in the dogs health. I usually don’t comment much but as someone who’s worked in vet med and studied pet behaviors, watching the journey of these doggos I personally think it’s in the best interest that Sockie does take them both as she is the main caregiver of them, and as Brooke mentioned the dogs bond is more important as they shouldn’t be separated. It’s not about who deserved the dogs the most. It’s about the effort and the dedication Sockie put into the dogs having an amazing life. The attitude Naz unfortunately showed in this video shows how irresponsible she could be. They weren't trying to make fun of her.... it just got quiet so they were trying to make everyone laugh and make it less awkward.
